In order to serve the awareness of individual and social development, the School of Art and Culture, prepares an environment and creates space that supports the rise of the consciousness of being, so that HUMAN can realize the infinite and creative potential(s) existing within, and understand, reveal and express its true value.
The individual is a part of society and the whole. Each part of the whole contributes to the whole through change and transformation that takes place within self. Individual and social development are intertwined and inseparable from each other. This is the understanding of individuals who can initiate change within themselves rather than expecting it from others, and who feel responsible for the future of society while taking responsibility for their own future.
To improve Hisar village in economic, socio-cultural and environmental-spatial aspects after evaluating its existing infrastructure and to create an exemplary work in Turkey by pioneering the "Improvement of the Quality of Life in the Village" that will prevent migration from village to city. To be based on the principles of entrepreneurship and sustainability. To be based on cooperation with the public private sector and non-governmental organizations.
To nurture social pioneers and ‘individuals with high ideals’ who hold themselves responsible for the future and development of the society, with the aim of contributing to the world peace (mission); to serve for the revival of human values and the creation of a new “understanding of humanity” that will add new values to the world (vision).
